The Traffic Signal Simulator has 9 lights randomly/individually presentable in any combination (with ability to vary spatial orientation of apparatus
and apparatus symmetric – direct viewing would not provide an obvious clue as to pair location before lights are turned on). The display is composed of  individually energized LEDs (green, amber, red) that meet Institute of Traffic Engineers standards and have individual on/off
switches for each of the 9 LEDs. The simulator is portable size, and powered with a long life 9 volt battery.
